Hardyston Township Code requires that any person that acquires a dog shall obtain a license within 10 days of attainment. Any person who moves into the Township or that brings an unlicensed dog that will remain for more than 10 days shall immediately apply for a license with the Municipal Clerk at the Hardyston Municipal Building.
