Curbside Recycling schedule
The
following should be placed out the night before at the curb
for recycling pick-up. Co-mingled recycling must be placed
in a reusable container. DO NOT PLACE IN PLASTIC OR PAPER
BAGS.
NOTE:
ALL RECYCLING MATERIALS MUST BE FREE OF FOOD AND/OR WASTE.
CAPS AND LIDS ARE GARBAGE.
Newspapers,Magazines,Junk
Mail: Bundled in one-foot stacks and cross-tied.
Corrugated Cardboard: Flattened and cross-tied.
Paper products may also be placed in reusable container.
PLEASE
HAVE RECYCLING OUT THE NIGHT BEFORE PICKUP DAY OR BY 5:00
AM DAY OF PICK UP.
THE
DAY AFTER A HOLIDAY, PLEASE HAVE RECYCLING OUT BY 3:00 AM.
Hardyston
residents may also deposit recyclables free of charge at
the Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority (SCMUA)
Recycling Center located on State Highway 94 in Lafayette
Township. The SCMUA facility is open Monday through Saturday
(except holidays) from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For additional
