• Special holiday programs are organized for Easter, including an Easter Bonnet Contest, Easter Egg Hunt, games and rides for children Pre K thru Grade 3.
  
  
• In October, a Halloween Spooktacular is run for children Pre K thru Grade 3 with a costume judging contest, magic show, games and rides.
  
  
• The final event of the year is our Holiday Extravaganza, a family event with a visit from Santa Claus, a musical/magic/or theater presentation and take-home goodies for the children.
  
  These programs are offered by the Hardyston Recreation Department and are held at the Littell Community Center on Munsonhurst Road, Franklin. Flyers containing complete details regarding these programs are sent home from the Hardyston Schools or you can call 973-827-9734 for additional information.
