MINUTES
OF THE HARDYSTON TOWNSHIP COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING HELD ON
APRIL 24, 2001
The meeting
was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Lasinski with the
opening statement that the meeting had been duly advertised
and met all the requirements of the Sunshine Law. Also present
were: Councilwoman Hamilton, Councilman Ross, Councilman Kievit,
Councilman Armstrong, Deputy Clerk Jane Bakalarczyk, Clerk
Louanne Cular, and Manager John Eskilson.
ITEMS
DISCUSSED: The purpose of the meeting was to hear an objection
from Santo Verilli to the renewal of a junkyard license for
Central Auto Liquidators.

Carl Nelson, Attorney for the objector
Lawrence J. Fox, Attorney for the applicant

The applicant
stated that he would put a fence up between the Tabaka house
and the junkyard.
The applicant
was asked to submit all items required in the ordinance 10
days prior to the next meeting on this hearing. The hearing
will again be continued on May 22, 2001 at 7:00 p.m.

ADJOURN: A motion was made by Kievit to adjourn, seconded
by Hamilton. All in favor. Motion carried.
