MINUTES OF THE HARDYSTON TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 1, 2001

STATEMENT OF COMPLIANCE: Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975 adequate notice as defined in Section 3D of Chapter 231 P.L. 1975 has been made to the New Jersey Herald and is also posted on the bulletin board at the Hardyston Township Municipal Building.

APPLICATIONS:

Kenneth Smith - Block 67, Lot 2.08 - PB-1-01-1: Kenneth Smith, owner and John Lehman, P.E., came forward and were sworn in. The application advised the Board that they proposed to convert the building located on the subject property from a restaurant/entertainment establishment to office space. The Board reviewed the application and took testimony from the applicant as to the site issues. Mr. Guerin's report was reviewed. The matter was opened to the public. There was no public comment. The hearing was closed to the public. A motion was made by Mr. Neubig and seconded by Mrs. Boffa to grant the approval for site plan. All were in favor. Motion was carried. Mr. Smith asked that the Board advise the Construction Department that he wished to waive the reading of the resolution and proceed at his own risk. The Board agreed to do so.

ADJOURNMENT:

A motion was made by Mr. Neubig and seconded by Mrs. Boffa to adjourn the meeting. All were in favor. Motion was carried. Meeting was adjourned.
